We would like to thank Chef Zaid for the lesson that he thought us in this subject. he also gave us his patience and guidance throughout this lesson.
Introduction
Fruit
nuggets are a combination from different mix fruit and made to the shape before
fry in a pan.For
this product we will blend some tropical fruit and then shape it to different
shape to attract customers.
Objective
The
main objective for this dish is to let vegetarian to have an alternative snack
to consume. There is a less selection of vegetarian snack in the market to let
them choose from. So we hope this can let them have a choice.
Activity
We try different fruit as the core for the nugget. For the first week we use apple, and banana for week 2. As foe the week 3 we use guava and mix dry fruit for week 4.
The Body
After all the experiment we did, we choose the last experiment for our presentation which is the mix dry fruit. we will have random 10 people in our campus to try and give comment on the comment sheet that we prepare.

Before the Event
We prepared the fruit nugget like experiment 4 and then fry it in the kitchen before we have people to taste our product.
During the Event
We went around the campus and have 10 people to have a taste and then comment it on the comment sheet. Most of them are satisfied with it.

After the Event
After the event, we clean up the kitchen. Then Chef Zaid comment
on our performances. we are satisfied with the result of the Fruit
Nuggets.
Problem Faced
The problem that our group faces are we do not how much flour we should need to make the flour. But after we add some corn flour to it, it came out just nice to mix with the mix dry fruit.
Recommendation
We would recommend that this product can add some green apples into it so that it would have more taste to the Fruit Nuggets.
Conclusion
Throughout this event lesson with Chef Zaid we learn a lot about food innovation and we are happy that we can create a snack for the vegetarian to choose from.
