THIS WEEK WE TRY TO CHANGE THE FRUIT WE USE BANANA
Hi guys today is the second experiment for fruit nugget from us.Every week we try to use different fruit to get new taste.This week we try to add a sauce to eat with the fruit nugget.
INGREDIENT:
4 Pieces of Banana
60ml of Water
400gm All Purpose Flour
200gm Corn Flour
A Pinch of Salt and Sugar
1 Cup of Oil
600gm of Bread Crumb
3nos of Egg
100gm of Dark Chocolate
50ml Fresh Milk
1/8 tsp of Peppermint Flavor
METHOD:
- By using the food processor, blend the peeled banana.
- Mix 200gm of all purpose and 200gm corn flour with 60ml of water.Make it sticky form.Add some water if it still not sticky form.
- Mix together with the flour mixture and then add in pinch of salt,sugar and peppermint.Add some more salt and sugar if desired.
- Shape the nugget by using a mold,then dip it in flour and then in the egg and lastly to the bread crumb.
- Fry the nugget in the slow heated oil and served while it is hot.
- And for the sauce double boiled the dark chocolate and put the fresh milk.
- Lastly serve it.

Cut the banana
Put in the blender and salt, sugar and little bit of peppermint flavor
Put the blend mixture into the bold
Put all- purpose flour into the mixture
Put a little bit of corn flour to make the mixture thickens
Mix all together
Shape the nugget by using a circle mold
